Warranty Repairs

Should you have a piece of equipment that requires attention, and it is considered to be covered by its original two year warranty, please complete the Returns Material Authorisation form downloadable here and email to service.uk@navico.com

By return you will receive a confirmation email with a valid Returns Material Authorisation number together with a label that can be printed off and attached to the outside of the box you are returning.

All warranty returns must be sent prepaid by a registered/insured courier service to:

This procedure has been set in place to enable Navico UK to respond promptly and efficiently to all warranty repairs.

 

If the item returned is considered to be covered by warranty, a proof of purchase may be required.
